– SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We ship both domestic and international orders throughout Europe. For international shipments outside Europe, please do not hesitate to contact us at hola@surfing.eus.

National deliveries (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) are made through the courier and logistics company Stockabee, which works with the companies Tourline and Correos Express, at a cost of 3.5 euros to Spain and 6 euros to the rest of Europe.
Delivery times (for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) are 1 to 3 working days.

 

– RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in surfing.eus, you can return or exchange the products as long as they are new and undamaged within 14 days after delivery and ask for an exchange, either for another article or for the same amount of the order.

To make a return, you can send us an email to hola@surfing.eus and we will immediately contact you to inform you how to proceed. Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer in case of withdrawal, and by Surfing Challenge in case of non-conformity. Once the items have been received, after checking that they are in perfect condition, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt and the customer will be notified.
